The machine features:
1. A vertical axis reflective crusher on this machine is equipped with grading device in the crushing room. The crushed materials are collected by air flow through grading device without sieving, and are replaced by grading device. The two processes of micro-grinding and micro-grinding separation are completed at one time. The crushing efficiency is high and the particle size is uniform.

III. Structure and Working Principle
The eddy current superfine grinding unit is composed of six parts: main engine, cyclone separator, shutter, high pressure centrifugal fan, cyclone powder collector and electronic control cabinet.
The main engine is composed of the body, frame, feeding device, crushing device, extension device, transmission device, discharge pipe and other motors.
The inner chamber of the body is cylindrical, which is divided into upper and lower parts by the annular plate, the lower part is the intake chamber, and the upper part is divided into the comminution chamber and the classification chamber by the shunt ring. The crushing chamber is composed of crushing disc and annular bushing, which is used to crush materials into powder. The classification chamber is composed of grading impeller. The qualified and unqualified products required for dividend distribution of crushed fine materials in the crushing chamber are sucked out through the discharge pipe. The qualified products are sunk by cyclone separator through the air shutter and are to be packed through the waste export. The unqualified product falls back to the crushing chamber along the inner wall of the shunting ring and continues to crush until it is sucked out.
The crushing disc and the grading impeller are driven separately by the upward and downward axes through the triangular belt drive. The speed of the grading impeller can be adjusted to adjust the product size. The feeding screw device is on the side wall of the machine body, which is used to feed the material into the comminution chamber. Its rotational speed can also be adjusted to control the different feeding volume.
Qualified powder diffuses into cyclone separator through feeding pipeline due to the gravitational action of high-pressure centrifugal fan. Due to centrifugal action of cyclone separator, qualified powder is sucked down by the lower air shutter, enters waste product outlet through the inner wall of cyclone separator, and falls into packaging bag. The remaining dust-containing air is discharged into the dust collector box through high-pressure centrifugal fan, due to the sudden expansion of air volume. The flow rate drops suddenly. Under the action of its own weight, the larger particles of dust settle into the lower box collector separately from the inner wall of the filter bag in the dusty airflow. The remaining gas is purified by the filter bag and discharged.
